11.出风温度无法达到设定值 11. Temp of air outlet cannot meet to the setting value	进风量太大（蠕动泵手动时） Air inlet flow is too big (Peristaltic pump)	修改蠕动泵参数 Update value of peristaltic pump
12.出风温度波动大 12. Temp of air outlet with big fluctuation	PID 值不准确 PID value is not accurate	进行出风温度自调 Make the air outlet temp adjusted automatically.
13.干燥室底端滴料 13. bottom of drying chamber is driping	1. 进风温度太低 2. 雾化空气压力太低 3. 压缩空气漏气 4. 进料量太大 1. air inlet temperature is too low 2. Atomizing air pressure is too low 3. Compressed air leak 4. Feeding capacity is too big	1. 增加进风温度 2. 打开设备后盖板将压力调至 2-3Bar（￠6 蓝色气管） 3. 检查各处连接是否漏气 4. 修改蠕动泵参数 1. increase air inlet temp 2. open back part of equipment and update the pressure to 2-3 Bar (￠6 blue air tube) 3. Check all the connection whether is leak 4. update peristaltic pump parameters
14. 通针不工作 14. Through need does not work	1. 空气阀门未开 2. 压力太小 3. 通针参数设定太大 4. 电磁阀损坏 1. Air valve is not open 2. Pressure too small 3. through needle setting value is too big 4. Solenoid valve damage	1. 打开阀门（￠4 白色气管） 2. 调大减压阀压力 3. 修改通针参数 4. 换电磁阀 1.Open air valve ( ￠4 white air tube) 2. Increase reducing valve pressure 3.update through needle setting value 4. Change solenoid valve
